The mission of the Historic Triangle Senior Center is to enrich the lives of older adults through intellectual stimulation, wellness programs, and social opportunities.

Where is the Senior Center?
The Senior Center is located in the James City/Williamsburg Community Center at 5301 Longhill Road, Williamsburg. The lounge is located behind the elevator to the left as you enter the building. Directions
Who attends?
Any senior 55 and older who lives in James City County, Williamsburg, or the Bruton District of York may attend.
What is there to do?
You name it! Trips, sewing group, dances, Mah Jong, Bridge, Wii games, luncheons, computer classes and more. The Senior Center offers social and recreational opportunities which combat isolation and promote good health among seniors. Studies have shown that continual social contact not only contributes to good health, but also increases overall life expectancy. In addition, the Senior Center offers opportunities for lifelong learning, creative arts, and intellectual stimulation. 82% of our seniors reported an improvement in health and overall well-being, as well as an improvement in social connections and intellectual stimulation.
How much does it cost?
The membership fee is $50 per year, with an option to pay in two installments of $25 each in July and January. There is no cost for most activities. Small fees are charged for trips and some classes. Scholarships are available for activities and annual dues.

Directions to the Senior Center: From the West, Stonehouse, Toano, Norge: Proceed east on either I-64 or Route 60 to Route 199. Enter 199 East and proceed to the Longhill Road Exit. At the top of the exit ramp, turn left onto Longhill Road and drive approximately 1 mile to the James City-Williamsburg Community Center on the left. Enter parking lot. Building entrance is at the end of the lot. The Senior Center is to the left behind the elevator as you enter the building.
From the East: From I-64, Route 60, or Route 143 (Merrimac Trail) enter Route 199 West and proceed to the Longhill Road Exit. Stay to the right on the ramp and turn right at the traffic light onto Longhill Road. Proceed as directed above.
