| Trip to the races at Colonial Downs. We will have a sit down dinner of either chicken or salmon, your choice, in the Jockey Room. There are some dress restrictions, but they are few. See the receptionist as they dont seem to apply much to seniors. | Saturday, July 10, We leave the Center at 11 am. |

| A change in location! We will be visiting the Virginia Beach Aquarium, Lunch is on your own. Price includes admission , Imax theatre and a 30 minute boat ride plus transportation. | Thursday, September 9, leaving the Center at 8:30 am and returning approximately 6 pm or before. |
